We are pleased to offer Telehealth appointments and services (video call) to our clients.

Benefits:

A Telehealth consultation prevents community spread of the covid19 virus.
More convenient for long distance clients.
Avoids your need to travel to the clinic.
We can post your herbal medicine to you, or you can choose to pick it up from the clinic.

Our Telehealth Process:

Prior to Your Appointment:

Please prepare electronic device (e.g. phone or laptop) with “ZOOM” or “WhatsApp” APP downloaded and installed.
Prepare what you would like to discuss with Emily.
Be in the ZOOM video room prior to the planned appointment start time. Or please wait for Emily’s Video Call in WhatsApp.
The consultation is in the same way as it would at an in-person consultation, only without any physical touch.

Fees for Telehealth:

A Telehealth appointment/service incurs the same fee as an in-person appointment at the clinic.

Consultation + Lifestyle and diet advice: $40.00 - $140.00 (15minutes to 45 minutes)
Herbal medicine: $0.00 - $360.00 /week (depends on the prescription)
